If you have never used WebEx before, and you need to join a meeting from your personal device, we will guide you through the steps to join a meeting hosted by ICOM.

Mac Device

If you have been provided a link, skip steps 1 and 2.

STEP 1: Navigate to webex.com, and then select Join a Meeting at the top of the page.

STEP 2: Enter your meeting number, and then select Continue.

STEP 3: Select Join from your browser.

STEP 4: Select Join as a guest.

STEP 5: Enter your name and email address, complete any captcha, and then select Next.

STEP 6: You may be prompted to allow icom.webex.com to use your camera and microphone. Select Allow.

STEP 7: You can test your camera and microphone here. When you are ready, select Join meeting.

STEP 8: You are now in the meeting. To view in-meeting messages, select Chat in the lower right corner.

STEP 9: When you are ready to leave the meeting, select the red X icon at the bottom of the window.

STEP 10: You have left the meeting. Select Done.

Windows Device

If you have been provided a link, skip steps 1 and 2.

STEP 1: Navigate to webex.com, and then select Join a Meeting at the top of the page.
