How To Reset Your EntraID Password (SSPR)

Self Service Password Reset allows you to reset your ICOM Microsoft password without contacting IT. Before you can use this feature, you'll need to register at least one recovery method.

Register for Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)

You only need to complete this setup once.

1. Go to https://aka.ms/ssprsetup
2. Sign in with your ICOM email address and password
3. Select Security Info from the left menu (if not already selected)
4. Click + Add sign-in method
5. Choose one of the available options:
   • Phone (SMS or voice call)
   • Alternate Email (such as a personal Gmail account)
6. Follow the prompts to verify your chosen method
7. You're done when you see a confirmation that registration is complete

Reset Your Password

Once you've registered a recovery method, you have two options for changing your password:

Option 1: Change your password while signed in

1. Go to https://aka.ms/myaccount
2. Select Password from the left menu
3. Follow the prompts to set a new password

Option 2: Reset a forgotten password

• On any ICOM Microsoft sign-in page, click Forgot my password
• Verify your identity using your registered recovery method
• Create a new password
