Set-up a Secondary MFA in Duo for Microsoft EntraID

This article will walk you through how to set up multiple MFA methods in Duo for Microsoft EntraID.

Step 1:

• Go to myapps.microsoft.com and login using your ICOM email and password.

Step 2: 

• Under "Apps" find "Duo Central" and select it.

Step 3:

• Select "Manage Devices" in the top-right corner of Duo Central.

Step 4:

• Sign in again.

Step 5:

• Verify your identity with your primary MFA method.

Step 6:

• Your current Duo MFA methods will show here. To add another, select "Add a device."
