ICOM policy requires that individual employee calendars are available to view, but the details of your calendar can be marked as private. Whenever another user views your calendar appointments, they will not see the event name or details - it will only say "busy".

Set your Google Calendar to display only available/busy

3. Select Settings and sharing

4. Select Access permissions for events

5. Select See all event details

6. Select See only free/busy (hide details)
