How to pair your badge to the printer for the first time

The following is how to pair your ID badge with a printer here at ICOM for the first time.

STEP 1:

• Take your badge and scan it to the scanner on the printer (to the right-side of the printer screen).

STEP 2:

• You will get a notification that says "Unknown card" on the screen of the printer. Enter your username (the first part of your email only, do not put "@icom.edu" or "@s.icom.edu") and your JumpCloud password.
• Then scan your card again.

STEP 3:

• After you have signed in and scanned your card, you will see this notification on the screen.

STEP 4:

• Scan your badge and the printer will sign you in and show you this screen.
