Based on my testing, these options are not available for iOS.

Step 1

Open the document you intend to print in Preview, and then press Command P.

Step 2

Select FollowMePrint B/W or Color using the dropdown menu for Printer.

Step 3

Select Landscape for Orientation.

Step 4

Scroll down and expand Printer Options, and then select the explanation point for Finishing.

Step 5

Select the dropdown menu for Binding Location.

Step 6

Select "Short Edge (Left)".

Step 7

Select "OK", and then select "Print".
