Switching your MFA from Duo to JumpCloud Protect

This article will walk you through how to switch your Multi-factor Authentication app from Duo Mobile to JumpCloud Protect.

Step 1:

• Download the JumpCloud Protect app on your chosen device:

Step 2:

• Login to your JumpCloud Console:

Step 3:

• Navigate to the "Security" Tab in JumpCloud:

Step 4:

• Select "Enroll Device":

Step 5:

• Select "I Have The App":

Step 6:

• In your JumpCloud Protect app on your device, select "+ Add Account":

Step 7:

• Scan the QR code in the JumpCloud Console page with your JumpCloud Protect app:

Step 8:

• JumpCloud Protect successfully added as an MFA:

Step 9:

• Go to an app that requires you to MFA. When this screen comes up, select "Choose A Different Way":

Step 10:

• Select "JumpCloud Protect":

Step 11:

• In your JumpCloud Protect App, select "Yes, Approve":
