Print Using Your Personal Computer

Printing from your own computer requires the app Mobility Print to be installed. Reach out to IT if you are attempting to print from a Windows computer, as the steps may differ.

To begin, visit the Mobility Print download site here

• Click the green Download button
• Open the downloaded file
• Double-click the file shown below: PaperCut Mobility Print Client.pkg

Continue through the install window as you would with any other app. Once completed, the FollowMePrint printers should be available the next time you print.

Note: If the ICOM printers do not appear, close the application you are printing from and re-open. Some apps need to be refreshed to see newly added printers.

You can now open a document to print. The first time you print, you should be met with a login screen shown below. Pay very close attention to the name and password before clicking OK:

The Name will likely default to your computer name. It is important that you change this to your JumpCloud username. (username @icom.edu)
