Overview

If you use the Apple Mail app on your iPhone you will need to remove your @idahocom.org before you add your @icom.edu account.

STEP 1

Go to your Settings App and select "Mail"

STEP 2

Select "Accounts"

STEP 3

Select "Gmail" or yours might say ICOM or Work depending on how you set it up.

STEP 4

Select "Delete Account"

STEP 5

This is asking if you want everything associated with this account removed from your device. Everything will come back when you add your @icom.edu account. Select "Delete from My Phone"

STEP 6

After deleting the account you are back at the Accounts page. Select "Add Account"

STEP 7

Select "Google"

STEP 8

Sign in with your @icom.edu email address, select "Next" and enter your Jumpcloud password on the next screen
