Overview

If you use the Gmail app on your iPad or Phone you will need to remove your @idahocom.org before you add your @icom.edu account.

STEP 1

Tap on your profile picture (or initial) above your list of emails

STEP 2

Select "Manage your Google Account"

STEP 3

Select "Remove from this device"

STEP 4

To add your @icom.edu account, select "Sign In"

STEP 5

Select Google

STEP 6

To set up your account, you need to sign into the account in a browser. Select "Continue"

STEP 7

Type in your new @icom.edu account and select next. On the next page it will ask for your password, it is the same Jumpcloud password.
